Help Bad phone or what???

Ok, I must say I'm very unhappy with this phone. I have no choice but to keep it untill my contract is up in February 2014 due to this being a replacement through my insurance.

It's SLOW, even on WIFI, and thats when it stays connected because it always drops my WIFI in my house. Applications (facebook) and games are SLOW and lag like crazy.

No screen shots without 'rooting' your phone? WTF?

How do you access bookmarks?

Maybe I just got a bad phone, but doubt it because this is my second one, I sent the first one back to the insurance company because it was REALLY bad...

Just felt like I had to vent here and maybe save someone the money by buying one of these. :smokingsomb:

Slowdowns are most often remedied by cleaning out the caches on most used apps via the Application Manager in the Settings menu. If the lag is still there after doing that, a factory data reset can help. Of course then you'll be starting over with the device in the "out of the box" condition.

Browser bookmarks? Which browser are you using. Most often the bookmarks are accessed by tapping an icon somewhere with the browser open, or in the menu somewhere. Are you using the stock "internet" browser or a 3rd party version such as Dolphin, Firefox or Opera, etc?
 
I did find how to do bookmarks.
Im using a stock phone with browser.
It's still horribly slow on EVERYTHING. Even on WIFI it STILL disconects or only picks up like 1/4th the signal, even in the same room as the WIFI unit.
I'm on SPRINT, so when my contract is up in Feb I'll be switching phones for sure and probably AT&T.

I'm trying my best to NOT throw or destroy this phone. It pisses me off so bad on a daily basis. Absolutley terrible phone!!!!!!!!!
 
No deal on the screenshots either, I think you have to root the phone for that. I just tried like 20 times.
Also the new thing is the 3G randomly drops, even when the data box is checked/unchecked/checked.

Volume up & volume down at the same time. It opens the quick memo app. You can save the screen there, you can even make on screen notation before you save.

I have the device through work and I use it only to read email and a little talk/text. We aren't allowed to use Google account on it so I do not have any non stock apps.
