Sorry to hear you're having issues.
There are two other possibilities, you could either have a bad charge/cable or a bad battery, try with a cable/charge you can prove works on something else, then if that doesn't solve the issue, try removing the battery then plugging the phone in. If the phone boots when you turn it on, then it is the battery, if not, then I would recommend going to your carrier to get a warranty replacement.
