Bad sector repair

I'm looking for an app that will check internal memory and external sd card for bad file system and bad sectors and repair em.
 
For external sd card, just pop it in a card reader and have your PC do that. Not a good idea for internal though, considering it's a Linux based file system and you're asking it to be scanned in a Windows format.

I want an app for installing in an android phone for repairing the internal memory aswell and not on pc.
