Balance reduction issue

I am using Internet through wifi and not a problem with it...but wen I am outside I dunt wish to use net but it works itself and thereby balance reduction.do we have some code to stop using net wideout wifi?

You can use the internet with either wifi or a data connection from your phone service provider. You can disable wifi in settings>wifi, but you will need a data connection from your phone service provider. If you don't want any of those connected, you can enable airplane mode.
