Ok, so AT&T and Verzion are throttling bandwidth for their top 5%, but check this out from CNN.com

Is it me, or could this stiffle 4g rollouts, I mean who cares if I can download at 6mb or more, if I can only download 2.5 GB or 5 GB before I come to a crawl. So much for streaming video like Netflix or others, as you will suck down your limits within a week. ...
