Bandwith control + specific programs

Hi everyone!

My question is simple.

I use 3g watchdog to monitor my bandwith (here in canada, data are limited to 1 gig... . It does a good job, but it only say how bandwith i use.

What I would like is a app that autorise some apps to acess Internet only when Wifi is availible, not when 3g.

I know that I can block 3g with Android but I dont want to block it for every programs.

An example :

I want to use some specific programs whereever i am using 3g. But I dont want all my programs use it!

I hope i am enough clear.

Does what i describe exist?

Then I'm sorry but there's no other way to solve this issue. And your phone can be unrooted in one click without them knowing.
