Bare with me, new to the site. Iso app that auto records upon pick up of skype video&calls

Hey guys, so I'm going to be buying a Samsung tablet (probably just the mini) for my daughter for Christmas. it's very important that I find some kind of app to auto record when she answers her skype video or phone calls. does such a thing exist? I do not care about recording the actual video, I just need the audio to be recorded off of the video chats/phone calls.

Just so she's aware, there 'could' be legal issues involved if she'll be recording phone calls (and even more variables with VOIP and services like Skype as technically they're different -- communicating via the Internet vs phone company/carrier lines). Without prior consent on both sides there are laws that apply to different states and in different countries, so it just gets really complicated. If the call she's making is through her carrier vs. VOIP using her ISP (i.e. Sprint's cellular network vs Comcast) and/or if it's just the neighbor next door vs someone across the country or across the planet, there are lots of different layers of wiretapping laws that may or may not apply.

We are Canadian. I understand the legal issues and know that I can do this without any consequence. The recording will not be done to companies etc. but more personal. My child is 6 & it's for legal reasons that I wish to do this. Also, the tablet will not be with a carrier, just connected to my home wifi.

OK, that certainly paints a different picture on the matter. Hope your daughter finds her tablet to be really useful.
There might be an included voice recording app on the tablet you buy for her (Samsung often adds a lot of sometimes useful, sometimes not apps to their products). But if not there are plenty of options on Google's Play Store that might apply:
