baseball superstars 2010 SUPER LAG

i just downloaded baseball superstars 2010. nice couple of features but the entire games is played lagging on my incr. anyone else having the same issue? i emailed the makers hopefully there's a fix.
 
just got an email back saying they'll look into the issue and to restart my device and check firmware. non of those worked for me
