Hey y'all,
I have a stupid question. I have an HP 7 android 4.1.2 and am having some trouble.everytime I try to delete either an app that's already on there or one that I've loaded I can't delete it. I can't even find the way to get to the menu the best I can do is get to settings but it doesn't give me the option of deleting hardly anything and even if I can delete something at some point in the search for somewhere I can see it pop back up but I can't find the actual file I'm not sure what to do if I should do a factory reset or what but I can also not get it to register the SD card and it says its running out of memory even though it has almost a half a gig of memory RAM just on the unit itself.
I've been all over the internet and I can't find what's going on any help would be appreciated its very very frustrating thank you very much

This is your best starting place -

You can uninstall apps you add but apps that came with your device - not so much - however, many you can disable and that's the same for your purposes.

All included apps are in /system, their data and apps you add are in /data.

Before disabling a pre-installed app be sure to clear its data and cache.

All of these actions you'll find from your main settings, Apps, All - and then go app by app.

Hope this helps!
