I am thinking this is a software issue. With the original HTC charger that is 1.5 amps or a 2.1 amp charger it wont charge. For example thanksgiving day I had it plugged into the original charger for an hour and it was the same 15% as when I plugged it in. I plugged it in to my 2.1 amp mono price charger that I have been using since I first got my m8 and it did the same thing. I have multiple 2.1 amp chargers that I tried with the same result. Using different cords and different outlets. A rapid charger works as well as ever and it drains at the same rate as it did when it was new.
