I just bought an s5 today for my brother. I'm already on my second dud in 3 hours. The first wouldn't charge. Then I took it back and it mysteriously started charging so I left. After getting back home I realized that even though it said charging it was dying rapidly anyway.
So they finally saw that and replaced it with another new one.
I boot it up and did nothing like installing apps or anything. Same problem. I assume it's the batteries but now T-Mobile is saying fire an insurance claim to get a refurbished s5 or pay a 50 dollar restocking fee.
Has anyone else had any similar problems?
