Battery, best to charge twice a day or one full charge per day?

Greetings,

I was wondering what would be best since I'm a heavy user. Is it best to charge my phone 100% and recharge at night, when it's near death? Or is it best to change the phone twice or three, maybe even four times a day to keep it in the 40 to 80% zone?

I plan on keeping the phone at least two years maybe three. My last phone was a Galaxy note 2, I'm careful with my phones but do use them quite a lot. The galaxy note 2 lasted about 18 months till I switched the battery, I wasn't careful with it battery wise however.

So, what would be best? Right now im using slow charge a few times a day keeping it in the 40~80 zone.

Ps; please, if you don't know what you're talking about don't reply. Facts only, no personal options without facts. I thank you for your time.

Hello and welcome!
Interesting thread discussion on such:

I rarely let mine go below 20% but that's about the time I put it on the charger overnight to fully charge to 100%.
Such has been the case with my last 2 devices and never had an issue battery-wise.

Hope that helps :)

Edit: oh, and by the way, the way you charge your battery I would trust is the optimal method ;)
