Battery charging app.

Hi,

Is there any app which meets one or more(preferably all) of the below conditions:-

• Has battery charge alarm which is customizable in the number of repetitions, and is speech/voice based.
• Shows battery charging status on the lock screen. AND, either it doesn't show the constant notification while sliding down the top even when it's not charging, Or it doesn't show the status on the lock screen when it's not charging.
