Battery comes loose and shuts down?

Anyone else have this problem? Sometimes if I slide out the keyboard, or close it, the phone shuts off. I took the back off, and noticed the battery was popped out a little bit. The battery doesn't fit very snug, so I am thinking that the vibration from sliding the keyboard can sometimes cause it to dislodge the battery. I could just just some duct tape and see if that helps...any suggestions? or is my phone defective?

Seems to be a defect, i have not experienced this too.

are you sure your back case is locked in tight?

the battery does pop out but withouth the back case on. the back case should keep the battery in nice and tight.

Yea might be that...I popped it back in and snapped the case back on tight, and so far it hasn't happened again.
