Help Battery decreases while plugged in.

hello,I purchased a rav power 2800mah battery for my gs4 and I got a new adaptive fast charger as well but when I am using the device and it's plugged in it drains the battery. Could this be a possible battery issue since I have swapped chargers and I get the same issue.

No i had this issue in the past and the fix is here:

"Do not use a fast charger the S4 cant handle the current their are root apps allowing it but the s4 requires the official charger and usb wont matter as long its one that doesnt easily fall out the official usb cord works great but 3rd party usb cords do work as well and if it keeps persisting then either a firmware update is needed or upgrade to a newer custom rom"
