Battery Drains soon

[Android Question]

After fully charged to 100% when i check the battery use time it shows only 30m 10s........
this means only 30 minutes it's so annoying even i had unchecked all the power consumption features and also put in Airplane mode can you suggest me the right path.

How old is your phone? If it's still under warranty that may be your best option. If not have you tried a replacement battery, batteries can deteriorate over time. Is this a recent development or result of progressive worsening?
What phone do you have?
Does your phone get really hot when charging or when in use?
