Help Battery drains too quickly

I use my Google Pixel with a battery saver and adaptive battery. While working, it can run out for 2 hrs. I changed the battery on new HSABAT. But it still runs out too quickly. Android 10.

If this is the original Pixel I'm not surprised that the battery didn't last long.

I had to do a web search to find out what HSABAT is, and what I found was an ultra-cheap AliExpress seller who is claiming to sell batteries with almost double the capacity of the original one for $9. And I have to say that "80% more capacity in the same size for almost nothing" is a real red flag for me, and I'd not be at all surprised if what you get is a low-quality piece of junk that doesn't actually match the specification. The fact that the small print on a "4,900 mAh" battery says "capacity 3,500-5,000 mAh", a 40% variation in capacity between samples, is frankly an admission that quality control is very poor.

So it may be that there is some other problem, but it's also possible that you've replaced a dead battery with a crap one.

Sold by Ali Express.... A knock off battery.
Get yourself a brand name battery made for your device. I'd ask for my money back on it.
What do you do, when it's not possible to get the brand name battery?

What IS one supposed to do at that point? Other than feel ripped off?

I think this is the most logical variation, but I love this smartphone so much, maybe there is a way to make it live longer?

Well under that hypothesis the best bet would be to find a decent replacement battery. The tricky bit is knowing which ones are worth buying, especially with online reviews so frequently and easily gamed.

(My experience of buying replacement batteries is limited. When I've done so I've tried to find OEM batteries, but even then I once ended-up with a fake from what I'd previously found to be a reliable vendor - and that fake lacked a temperature sensor, so reported the same temperature at all times, which is a clear safety hazard with a lithium ion battery! So all I really know is that it's tricky, but I'd always assume that the old adage of "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is" will apply).
