Help battery drains very quickly

hi i need help my battery is fine but power drains quickly could it be cause off my apps or do i set it back to factory any adive will be very helpful thanks

Without knowing more than "it drains quickly" (not even what phone or what you mean by quickly) it's impossible to diagnose. There could be many different causes.

Try installing GSam Battery Monitor, let the phone run through a full charge cycle, then use the app to see what is using the power. If you aren't sure, post the results here & we'll advise.
