Battery fluctuating up and down?

Has anybody had this issue where it will fluctuate up and down?

Example, I unplug the phone.. two hours later it beeps to 'recharge phone'.. then all of a sudden it jumps back up to 70%.. then some minutes later back down and etc..

while some fluctuation is normal, its nothing like the 100-15-70 you mention. you should probably contact support or go into the store where you bought it.
