Help Battery health:dead

I got Alcatel Scribe HD for two month.
I checked the battery health with the code *#*#4636#*#* and it says it's dead. I didn't realize any change in battery consumption.
What exactly does it mean? And is it possible to fix it?

If the battery appears to be working fine, I think I'd ignore the diagnostics
