Help Battery Help

I know this phone does not get good battery life out of the box but has anyone found any apps or anything that helps increase the battery life with out rooting the phone?
 
I personally use AnTuTu's app "Battery Saver." I personally reccommend their apps, and have become somewhat of a die hard AnTuTu fan, lol.. but that's just my two cents.
