Help Battery life has really dropped - only 1 month old?!?

Murf1

I got my phone near the end of June. A charge was lasting almost 2 days. About a week ago while traveling and using GPS/Data/Navigation I let it drain to below 15%. Now it seems to be draining about twice the rate before that. Does draining the battery below %15 percent do something to it? I only did it that one time. Normally I don't let it get below 50%.

Any ideas?

I let mine get below 15 all the time and I still have crazy good battery life...are you rooted and updated? Any new apps? Check the battery setting and see what is using the batt?

Not rooted and on latest update 5.1.1. I leave "location" on all the time. They claim it is smart enough to only use it as needed. Also I always left it on before the 15% drain incident and the battery drained slow then.
Is there some type of battery calibration that may need done?

I've had mine for a month. Battery is still going strong:

Hour and a half at 100%, and I've been using it. Easily lasts a day with use. Percentage does deplete faster when it's lower though.

It says my screen is what uses the most battery. I keep it at 25%, 90% of the time. When I turn Data on the battery drops 1% every 5 minutes (brightness at 50% during this test) . Crazy! I have no idea what caused it and only a month old. :(

I wouldn't trust LG's battery stats to give a complete/accurate account of what's going on:
On all 4 LG's I've owned (G2/G3/G FLEX & G STYLO),the battery reads 100% for an unrealistic amount of time, even w/heavy use for the 1st half hour after a full charge.
I honestly think this is intentional to give a false sense of security w/battery life.
I'd d/l GSAM Battery Monitor or Better Battery Stats to get a more accurate idea of what's going on.
