Is this normal on an ICS phone with moderate use?

I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for here, but my phone has 7% drained (idle) after 10 hours. I suppose it just depends on what all you have running. I have most things disabled that I don't use. Looks normal to me.

I don't know about you guys, but my phone just updated, it must have updated wrong or something, and it took 3 hours to update, and that's before I ended up just restarting it. Now it's having major overheating problems, in the last 20 minutes it's dropped 20% where it used to only drop about 5. It's been at about 108 degrees since it finished charging earlier.
