It depends on how you use the phone.
I'm laid back, and do not allow anything to have Notifications enabled.
I also keep DATA turned OFF all the time.
I have WiFi automatically turned OFF when the screen is locked (MacroDroid does that for me)
My S5 will use about 1% overnight while I am sleeping. currently, it is at 76% but I have been using the phone a lot today and laying it down on the Qi pad in between times.... so that don't give a valid indicator for you.
On my "normal days" when I just look at email once in a while, or maybe send/receive a few SMS items, it gives me two full days between charges. Today, I used the camera a lot, had the 'Flashlight' on all the time while shooting pix; because that allows me to preview the scene and stay away from "hotspot flashes" on the images. By mid afternoon, it was down to about 54% as I recall, I made a couple of long phone calls and when I do that, I am usually at my desk using my Bluetooth truckers headset... so I just lay the phone on the Qi pad while we talk. That just barely charges at a 1% or 2% rate more than the phone is using while we talk. Stops the battery drain, and that is all I care about.
My wife's S5 lasts about a day maybe, she plays games on it and keeps the screen on a lot. It also has a Qi charger so it is easy for her to keep it charged up.
On both of the S5's, I have MacroDroid programmed to turn OFF all system sounds while the charging is in effect. That way it does not beep at us when it gets almost fully charged... the screen wakes up, but we don't hear anything. I like MacroDroid.
