Help Battery low warning

My Verizon "10" has a low battery warning at 15%. Does anyone know how to change that setting or turn off the warning. When I long pressed the notice, it said it was from "System UI". I'm afraid to turn off all of it's notifications because I don't know what else the "System UI" controls. Any help would be appreciated.

I have an app installed that is much better than the one that came with the phone. So I don't need both. I can adjust the different parameters including the color of the charge %, the annoucement it makes and the icon it uses. It's called Battery Notifier Pro, but there is a free version also. Check it out.

I doubt that you could disable the battery warning pop-up alone without rooting your phone.

I think I could turn it off by turning off the "System UI" app's notifications. I just don't know what other problems I can cause. I can't change it back if it screws up my phone because "System UI" isn't listed in my app manager.

You can turn it on/off on the fly, the problem is that you might miss the notifications for other apps as well.

Does it bother you?

Personally I would stay with the stock battery management, most of 3rd party power management apps are battery sucker themselves.

Thanks for the advice, but this one only uses 11 mb of memory. On battery usage, the lowest app listed uses only 2% of the battery and the battery app isn't listed. So I think I can live with it.
