Battery Sucks Since Marshmallow

I just upgraded to Marshmallow (sprint) and I noticed my battery seems to suck now. Also I noticed wireless charging does not work. I'm going to try a factory reset to see if this fixes. Anyone notice the power saving option is different now? Before it lets you turn off/on some options but this time it won't let you do that.

I actually just did a HARD REST after the update and battery is really good now.

Did you have to set up your phone again? Is this the same as factory reset? How did you do it?
