Help Battery to Galaxy Tab S suddenly draining

I've had this tab for only 2 months and the battery is already acting up. It was all good until suddenly 2 days ago it started finishing very quick, a full charge would only last 2 hours. Now today it's even worse a full charge only lasts 30 minutes I don't know what happened and it's really annoying. I can't do anything with 30 minutes of battery life. When it shuts down after reaching zero and I plug it in to charge it will show 50% charged but as soon as I unplug it that 50% goes down to 0 within 15 minutes. Any help would be appreciated before I just give up and throw it away and just stick to buying Apple

Hi Ava. Sorry you are having battery problems. The problem could be your battery it's more likely an app that you've added that isn't playing well on your tab. Did you install something new about the same time your battery started draining quickly?
Something you might check... go into your tablet's settings and find a link to your battery or power. It should give you some sort of report as to what is consuming all of your battery.
