Help Battery Usage: "10116" Service [Using a Nexus 6]

I have been seeing the attached service as a major battery user over the past week or so. I combed through my app permissions and denied Location for anything that clearly did not need it, since this service seems to be using Location actively for some reason. Has anyone come across this before, or know what this "10116" is referring to?

did you restart the phone and see if it pops up at the onset?

are you rooted?

My Nexus 6 is not rooted.

A restart has made this service go away, and it is no longer draining my battery. Any ideas on what this was? I suppose it could have been some 3rd party app that was popping up as 10116 for some reason
