Battery Usage on my Tab S2 shows 'ANT HAL Service', 'Android System' and 'Phone Call Management' as using 27.7% for each of these. This is a tablet, not a phone, so is it possible to free up the 'Phone Call Management' 27.7% ??? I understand that the other 2 are essential operating system services.
