Have a Galaxy S2. With charger plugged in and phone displaying the battery is being charged, the phone displays that the battery continues to discharge. Help!

Are you using the USB port on your PC or a wall socket to charge your phone?
You could try using another cable or charger.
Does it charge properly when the phone is switched off?

So the low/critical battery popup is showing up even though the status bar icon indicates that the battery is charging? Is that right?
Might need more info as well such as if you are on a stock rom or not, etc. as a lot of times there are little pestering issues with some stock roms.
