Battery won't hold charge

I bought two new proclaim smart phones.
The battery's went dead on both of them I am wondering if it's from trying to set them up or just that they were not full charged. Has any on switched out the battery to the Samsung Illusion OEM 2400mAh Extended Battery and Door from Amazon?

I never bought it, but know those who did. The extended battery and cover work well. For those who can't get through a day on a charge, it is a good purchase.

I found it on e-bay and again on Amazon just about the same price. I will probably go thru Amazon better price and get it in a day where as on e-bay anywhere from 5 to 7 working days.☕

Yeah, I would get it on Amazon as well.

One thing to remember, there aren't any cases that fit the phone with extended battery and cover installed. Hope you don't have slippery fingers.

Yes I thought about that. On my dumb phone when I got the extended battery it came with a back for the phone. And the case I had for carrying it on my belt was a tight fit. So maybe I will live with it, Will wait and see.☕

Me, my husband, and friend of mine all have this phone and I have been looking everywhere for the battery door that will fit the extended life battery. Does anyone know where to get it?!
