Help battery

I have a HTC tattoo in my property for around a half year. Never had any problems with the battery. Since 2 weeks the battery runs empty very fast. Even when I dont use WiFI (i never use another internet connection), don't call and even don't send any text massages.
I installed a tas killer. Every time i used u programm I kill it afterwards.
I also installed a juice plotter. In the schedule I can see that my batterylevel turns down even when the screan is asleep.

Hope someone can help me out!!
 
What do you mean by fast? How quickly is it discharging?

Did you install any new apps about 2 weeks ago? Change any settings?

Otherwise might be a fault with your phone.
 
Thanks for your reply. My battery is empty in 1.5 day when I don't use te phone. When I call, send text massages, use WiFi, the phone discharges faster.
I did not install and apps recently. Just the juice plotter app (but I installed that one because of the fast discharing).

Since yesterday my phone also makes a strange sound when receive a text massage. It sounds like the crackling sound when your sweater is static/electric loaden. Does anyone recognise that sound?

i dont recognise the strange sound, when you get a sms, but I had the same problem with my battery wearing out very fast, couldnt find out what went on. I uninstalled all apps, and that solved the problem.
Never did find out, what was wrong, and I've installed several of the apps I had earlier, and have no problems now... dont know if it will help you, but its worth a try, I think .... good luck
 
the crackling sound might be interference, i sometimes get it when my phone is near to another device e.g. ipod speakers, laptop etc....
As for the battery life, my htc tattoo never lasts any longer than 1.5 days anyway, even when i first bought it.....
 
the Android Facebook app update last week killed sevral different phones batteries (inc mine) - ive taken it off and improved battery life drastically
