Bbc I player problem

The picture quality on my iplayer app is really bad. It is worse tha sd quality. I know you are supposed to be able to change the video quality to best available but there is no option to do so in the settings. I use a T95Zplus Android set top box and my Internet speed is 20mbs. Is there something else I can do?

We have buffering issues on Itv player also, Eurosport.

When it stopped supporting US I stopped using it.
