BBC iPlayer and ITV Player

Whenever i click on a certain programme on bbc iplayer, it then should normally show a picture with a play sign right? Mine doesnt do that anymore an i cant watch anything. Ive tried rebooting, i have adobe 11.1, reader and air but it doesnt seem to work, any solutions?

Same with ITV although i can play it and hear sound, i cant see no picture :S
