I just checked this months bill, and low and behold, my 10% credit union discount is gone. I called up customer service, and while the agent I spoke to was very nice and got it fixed quickly, he didn't seem that surprised at what had happened. He said that my discount still showed on my account, but for some reason it was not applied to my bill. So just a reminder and a heads up to you guys, glance over your bill from time to time to make sure everything is still as it should be.

thanks for the heads up! mine is 27%, so i dont wanna lose that.
