Beautiful theme request

Hi everyone!

I am new to Android and this forum. I have had iPhone since the first iPhone, but now i have bought my self a HTC Desire and have had it for a couple of days.

Anyway, the most beautiful theme i have had for iPhone was "Animated Weather Elements HD V3 by MNIDHK".

Does anyone know a theme similar to this or can anyone make this theme it would be awesome. I have all the files if it is necessary.

It's on the lockscreen but it can also be set to springboard, but I couldn't make it work.
