Beautiful Widgets help.

Hey i've got my hands on Beautiful Widgets few days ago ( hard since i cannot get payed apps from Market in my country ) and for some reason it won't download ,,weather forecast anymations" when trying to add the home clock+weather widget. It just says ,,downloading 0/100" but nothing actually happens, and it just stood like that without any progress. Without those animations, well.....there is no animation and the widget itself looks a bit ugly and buggy.

Anyone had similar problems? I really need to change that damn ugly stock widget.

i have to ask where you got it from? i've never had an issue with Beautiful Widgets

Someone gave me the .apk of it, as he bought it while in the US....am starting to think that its because I cannot access the app in the market from my country, therefore the animations won't download.
I found a pack with animations on Android Market, but they fixed nothing....still searching for ways to make this work, I want to buy the darn thing but not even the official website of the BW give any support for this. :(

Is there any way I could buy BW? I cannot find it on the market, nor with barcode scanner, there is no mail to the developer and no paypal/credit-card pay on the website.
Anyone has any ideas?
 
I think you can only get it from the market. There is a free weather widget/app called "Snowstorm" you may want to try.

I tried it, but it is not what I need. I tried BW ( v 3.16 ) on my phone but again ,,weather forecast animations" weren't downloading.
I am so frustrated now, I tried all possible widgets for weather: Weather widget donate, weather and toggle, snowstorm, and lots of others I forgot the name of....

I wish BW had paypal or some freaking way to pay it on their website.
 
OK never mind, I got the latest version of Beautiful WIdgets and everything is working fine, the updates, animations, everything.

How did you buy it? I have the same problem. I bought the Nexus S while I was in the US and I brought it back to Luxembourg where I live. I have found that some apps cannot be accessed from Android Market if you're outside of the US. Apparently, "Beautiful Widgets" is one of them. Please tell me how you bought it. I'd like to get it for my android phone. Thanks.
 
I would really like to buy this app because it is the closest to the weather/time application on the SenseUI interface that I'm used to (and like). I'm new to android. I don't know what an .apk is. But I'm looking for a way to buy this app even through I am in Europe. If anyone has any ideas, I would sincerely appreciate your help. Thank you.
 
Can someone PLEASE help?? I had beautiful widgets clock/weather on my home screen working perfectly and all of a sudden today, the space on my home screen is blank. I try to reload the clock and weather and home screen is still blank. I uninstalled and reinstalled app, rebooted phone, everything. help! thanks!

If all you want is something similar to the Sense clock download "weather & forecast widget" by ***od from the market.

Otherwise, it's stealing from the dev to share the apk even if you can't buy it in your country.
