Been downgraded from Gold to Silver?

Hey guys, here is a copy of my chat with a sprint rep. I was able to get my primary line the FULL $150 upgrade rather than the $75 on silver. I'm probably still silver, but at least i'll be able to upgrade one of my lines like i'm gold.

That's what most of us who aren't gold have been doing, but over the phone. Glad they are doing this. It's not as good as giving back the yearly upgrades that we signed up for when we joined Sprint, but it's better than nothing!

Just called today about this same thing, and they said they couldn't do anything until I reach my one year, $75 upgrade. But they did tell me to call back then and they'd attempt to help me out. I'm the king of this, got a BB Tour a year early, and my EVO 31 days after I signed on my new contract with that Tour above^ by having them canceling the line and signing a new one.
 
I recently went through this as well. Recently I contacted C.S. and the office of Dan Hesse and unfortunately got told too bad. That along with the increasingly poor signal....

Switched to verizon this morning.

Loyalty pays. Carrier hopping every other year clearly has it's downsides.

I'm a Gold Member after 10+ years of being a Sprint customer.
