Been there. Done that. Goodbye One X....

Sorry it didn't work out for you. I can't say the stutter was ever overly bad for me, but I know experiences differ from user to user so I can understand your decision.

Any idea what you're gonna go for next?

no idea.

my Desire had served me well and the One X was the next logical step. i might look at the S3 but i'll be wary of the teething troubles and Samsungs less than impressive track record of updates and support.

one thing i will say is that, whilst the One X was very buggy for me, HTC are very good with updates. they made three during my month long ownership.

i'll dust of the Desire and maybe i'll go back to the One X in 6 months when things have stabilsed and the prices have dropped a little.

or maybe i'll take a gamble on something a little left field like a Huwaei.

all Android options considered!

...the Samsung Skyrocket is another solid device to consider. Albeit, it doesn't have an official ICS OS yet. But, who really needs ICS? LOL

that's the problem really. i was spoilt by my Desire. it's still such a good little performer.

i can upgrade but unless something super-duper comes along, i can't see me changing it yet.
