Help Behold II frozen while booting

Hi all,

I have a Samsung Behold II that freezes while on the logo bootscreen.

The progress bar moves from side to side for a minute or so and then freezes in place.

I have tried the Volume- + Call + Power and tried to hard reset but that doesn't seem to work either.

Any thoughts on getting the phone to start up again?

I would try the hard reset again, I had this same problem about an hour ago, and that fixed it. Make sure the phone is off, and also make sure you hit Volume Down then Call then Power.
