You only have to run BML Unlock once. Once unlock it's fully unlock for flashing, but yes, you can use the DD method..

I'm currently working on another version of the recovery that has the repair file built into it as a safe guard..

I'll also be pulling both Cookie Cutter rom's and making an one that supports both rfs & ext2, with a script that supports & runs bml_unlock at flashing & flashing over new recovery's & Kernel's as well so everyone know's how to build the Rom's
