Best and preferably free way to sync with iTunes and playlist.

I have a Nexus I would like to sync with my iTunes on my Mac. What is the best way to do this to get the playlists etc?

I use Doubletwist. Currently free. You have to import playlists from iTunes into Doubletwist before syncing.

I sync movies and music with no problem.

If you prefer to keep using iTunes, check out iSyncr Lite in the Android Market on your phone.

i personally think Doubletwist take a long time to sync.

+1 for doubletwist. And as for time syncing, that more than likely isn't on the software end, more on hardware. Remember, usb 2.0 can only reach certain speeds, then it has to route through your phone, onto the sd card, which again is limited by the type of writer/reader you have, along with the quality/conidition of your microsd.
