I want someone to give me ideas about what Android game should I buy. I like racing games a lot .. Which is the Best Racing Game on Android?

Since you are keen on purchasing a racing game, I would suggest you Need for Speed: Most Wanted, an excellent game with real good graphics, you can watch the trailer and gameplay videos to check if it appeals to you

Best racing games, the Asphalt or Need for Speed series probably. As for purchasing, I think most recent editions of them are freemium, so you can definitely see how they look and play, before buying any in-game purchases if you desire.
