I can say Google play is the best cause it has access to a equalizer that the phone has installed and it will also play mp3 that you download and it will show a nice music art .

There is a nothing like that here I pay for Google play and everyone I know do such as the URL I gave you its a paid app was on sale in the play store one day I got it . nothing is out like that and if anyone feel free to school me where we can find such a thing.

IHaveAnAndriod, correct me if I'm wrong but what is appears you are asking for, is a way to download music, that otherwise should be purchased, for free.
