Help Best APN settings for Galaxy S5 of three varieties

The APN settings seem crucial to making and receiving transmissions, but the Metro reps seem to disagree on them.

Settings --> More Networks --> Mobile Networks ---> Access Point Names

The critical values are APN, MMSC, and APN type.

Please share your best APN settings for

a) a Metro-branded S5

b) An AT&T S5 unlocked and used on Metro

c) A generic S5 used for Metro or t-mobile.
