Root Best app for changing status bar icons?

Just curious what the best app to do this with would be. Also, if there is anything special you need to know to do this, if someone knows a good tutorial link, that would be great too. Never done it before.

Note the bottom bar, the top status bar. I want to change those icons.

I think Romtoolbox can do this. I'm sure I saw it in it.

Yepp sure does. Here is mine changed from white to Green.
