best app for ringtones

hi everybody i am enjoying my new phone but having trouble finding apps with up to date mp3 music/ringtones on and could someone explain how i save mp3 tracks/ringtones to my memory card thanks in advance for any help thanks

Put tones in a folder called "ringtones" on your SD card. You can also make folders called "alarms" for alarm tones and "notifications" for notification tones.

You can also use Ringdroid from the market to edit your music and convert them to said tones.
