best app for video chatting from phone to PC

Hey guys, my dad is going to china soon and it would be nice for the business to be able to video chat from my phone to his laptop.

What is the best application for this.

I read on engagdet that Yahoo messenger will soon be releasing an app that allows you to video chat from phone to pc and cross servers. As of now, I don't think an app exists for phone to pc video chat.
