Best app to back up Rom froyo

I want to do a ROM back for the new leak froyo installed on my phone. Any suggestion?

Rom manager has an option that lets you backup your rom. It'll prompt you to download clockwork recovery mod also but it works well for me

Is it possible to make a backup that you can flash the phone with kinda like that odin one click downloader? Because right now you have to flash to stock, install rom manager and then restore your backed up rom.
