Best app to change icons?

I'm sorry if this is an obvious question but I'm a bit of an android noob.

I have an HTC desire and wouldn't mind changing the icons, because some of the stock ones just look a little drab - what's the best app for changing icons?

I don't think there's such a thing. But there's always the option of finding out where the icon for X is stored on the phone, pulling the icon file via recovery, replacing it with a same-size bitmap renamed to whatever extension and pushing it back to the phone.

I use an app called folderorganizer to change program icons. there is also a free version called apporganizer which I believe may also have this functionality.
